Daily Website Backups
WP Umbrella backups with 50-day retention, plus a secondary backup through your host or UpdraftPlus. If a site needs restoring, I handle it.

WordPress Software Updates
Core, plugins and themes updated twice a week, or sooner for security releases, and checked for conflicts.

Website Monitoring
Uptime, performance and security monitoring through WP Umbrella. I deal with the alerts, so you only hear about what actually needs you.

Branded Reports (optional)
Monthly reports for any sites you choose, under your brand and ready to send to clients.
05.
Contact Form Testing (optional)
Depending on your needs, I can help with periodic contact form testing.

Priced per site, per month, and tiered by portfolio size. It’s recalculated monthly, and you can add or remove sites at any time.

What’s not included
Site redesigns, custom development and new functionality; content updates and copywriting; e-commerce and membership builds; complex plugin configuration; email, DNS, domain transfers and hosting migrations; dealing with previous providers; premium plugin and theme licences.
Anything outside scope is £60/hour in half-hour increments, and only with your approval first.

Will my clients know you’re involved?
Only if you tell them. I never contact them, and my name never appears on reports.
What access do you need?
WordPress admin and hosting account access for each site, shared securely. Access is removed when a site leaves your portfolio.
What happens if a client’s site goes down?
I respond to critical issues within 2 hours during business hours, handle the restoration, and keep you informed throughout.
Can I start small?
Yes. Start with any number of sites. As your portfolio grows, your per-site price drops automatically.
Do you offer white label site builds?
No, just maintenance. Builds are a separate service.
