£60 per hour – straightforward pricing
Most jobs take one to three hours. You’ll always get an estimate first, and time is charged in half-hour increments, so you only pay for what I use.
Need regular help? A Site Care Plan includes monthly editing time and a reduced hourly rate.

Do you work on sites you didn’t build?
Yes. If it’s WordPress, I can help, whoever built it and however long ago.
Will you make me feel silly?
Never. I speak human, not jargon, and there’s no such thing as a silly question.
I’m not sure what I need. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Describe what’s happening or what you’re trying to do, and I’ll work out the best fix. I’ll come back with an estimate and a timeline, usually within a few hours. There’s no commitment until you say go.
How quickly can you start?
Emergencies jump the queue. For everything else, I’ll give you a clear timeline upfront.
What if it takes longer than you quoted?
I’ll tell you straight away, explain why, and only carry on with your go-ahead. No surprise bills, ever.
