How I got here
In 2009, I was working as a bookkeeper when my manager showed me the website he’d built for his hobby: shore fishing.
That was it. I was hooked… (see what I did there?)
I couldn’t believe you could build something on a screen that someone on the other side of the world could see. I learned everything I could, and when I found WordPress in 2012, it became an obsession.
I built sites for local businesses, then national and international clients (Dubai, anyone?).
Along the way, I started fixing sites I hadn’t built and realised that looking after WordPress sites is where my real expertise and passion lie. So, that’s what I do now.
When I’m not looking after websites, I’m usually looking for my golf ball. I’ve recently taken up the game, and I’m finding WordPress far more forgiving
